Form: (i) Register online at www.bits-pilani.ac.in/fdadmn and download the form and complete it then send it with the prescribed fees of Rs 200 by DD in favour of at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani payable at State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur (Code 1398) or UCO Bank Vidya Whar, Pilani (code 0150) to Admissions Officer, BITS Pilani or (ii) Obtain by post from Admissions Officer, BITS Pilani-333031 with a request on plain paper giving name with complete postal address, BITSAT application number and accompanied by a DD for Rs 300 as above.
