In view of popular demand, the last date for submission of applications for Management Programmes of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is extended to 13.06.2005, announced Prof. S. C. Garg, Pro-Vice Chancellor, IGNOU, New Delhi. The Management Programmes of IGNOU includes various Degrees and Diplomas: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDIM), Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management (PGDFM), Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management (PGDOM), Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGDMM) and Diploma in Management (DIM). All the programmes have multi-media design, using technology aided delivery systems. These are offered through country-wide network of Study Centres. The University will be admitting the students for the above degree / diplomas in Management starting from January, 2006 and July, 2006 through an entrance test ‘OPENMAT’-XVIII’ to be held on Sunday, the 7th August, 2005 at nearly 160 centres all over the country. There is no age bar for any of the Programmes. ‘Student Handbook & Prospectus for Management Programmes-2006’, can be obtained from the Registrar (SR&E), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi 110 068 and from all the Regional Centres of IGNOU, including IGNOU-Army, AIR FORCE, NAVY & ASSAM Rifles Recognised Regional Centres by paying Rs 500/- in cash at the respective sale counters. Application form and prospectus can also be downloaded from the website: www.ignou.ac.in and sent to Registrar (SR&E), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi – 110 068, by registered post alongwith a DD/IPO for Rs 550/- in favour of IGNOU, payable at New Delhi. Filled in form for Entrance Test ‘OPENMAT-XVIII’ must reach to the Registrar (SR&E), IGNOU, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi – 110 068 by registered post on or before 13th June, 2005. |
